## Booking Policy: Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Luna Aesthetic Clinic™, your premier destination for the latest aesthetic services in Seychelles. By accessing this website or booking a service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.
## LIABILITY: BOOK RESPONSIBLY
Treatment Aftercare:
To ensure the best results and your safety, clients must strictly follow the post-treatment home care procedures provided by our aestheticians. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Avoiding direct sun exposure and using sunblock.
* Keeping the treated area dry (avoiding water) as instructed.
* Sleep on your back, avoid the gym for 48 hours.
* Refraining from touching or picking at the skin.
Luna Aesthetic Clinic™ is NOT responsible for any adverse consequences, infections, or poor results if the client fails to follow these safety procedures.

## BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY (Effective 1st May 2026)
We believe in flexibility for our clients. As of May 1, 2026, our booking policy is as follows:
* Walk-In Clients: We now welcome walk-in clients! While appointments are recommended to guarantee your time slot, you are free to visit us during opening hours for consultations or available treatments.
* No Booking Fee: We have removed the SCR 500 booking fee.
* No Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans change. You may postpone or cancel your appointment at any time without a financial penalty. However, as a courtesy to our small business and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot make it.

## MEMBERSHIP & LOYALTY CARD (10 Sessions)
* Payment: Membership packages must be paid in full upfront after the first treatment.
* Benefit: Pay for 9 sessions and receive the 10th session FREE.
* Validity: Memberships are valid for one (1) year from the date of the first session.
* No-Show Policy: Since there is no longer a standard booking fee, if a member misses a session without notice ("no-show"), Luna Aesthetic Clinic™ reserves the right to deduct one session from the membership card.
* Terms: Memberships are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Luna Aesthetic Clinic™ is not responsible if a client is unable to complete their sessions within the one-year validity period.

## VOUCHER POLICY
Vouchers are available for all occasions (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Birthdays, etc.).
* Specifics: Vouchers are issued for a specific name and either a specific treatment or a set amount. They are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other persons.
* Expiry: Vouchers are valid until the Expiry Date listed on the card. Luna Aesthetic Clinic™ is NOT ABLE TO EXTEND vouchers for any reason.
* Refunds: Vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged for cash.
